A Prayer for Strength in Weakness

Heavenly Father,
Tonight I come before You not as someone strong, but as someone who desperately needs Your strength.
There are battles within me that no one sees. There are days when I smile for others while my own heart feels weary. There are moments when I try to appear courageous, yet deep inside, I feel fragile and exhausted.
Lord, You know every burden I carry.
You know the fears I do not speak about, the disappointments I quietly hold, and the tears I have shed when no one else was around.
Sometimes I feel like I have reached the end of myself. I have tried to be strong, tried to understand everything, tried to hold everything together, but I realize now that I was never meant to carry life alone.
Father, when my faith becomes weak, remind me that Your faithfulness never weakens.
When I feel forgotten, remind me that I am engraved upon Your heart.
When I feel like giving up, whisper gently to my soul that You are still with me and that Your grace is sufficient for this day.
Teach me not to depend on my own strength, because my strength fails.
Teach me to lean on You, because You never fail.
If I cannot run, help me walk.
If I cannot walk, help me stand.
And if I cannot even stand, then hold me, Lord, because I know Your arms are everlasting.
Give me courage for tomorrow, peace for today, and faith for the unknown.
And even when I cannot understand Your plans, help me trust Your heart.
May my weakness become a place where Your power shines.
May my brokenness become a testimony of Your mercy.
And may my life, in every season, proclaim that You have never abandoned me.
Thank You for loving me when I am tired.
Thank You for staying when everyone else leaves.
Thank You for carrying me when I no longer have the strength to carry myself.
In the precious name of Jesus Christ, I pray.
