God’s massage today – Micah 6:8
▶️ Don't miss this Song of the Day ◀️
Lord God of My Salvation,
Today, I bring my true self before You, stripping away the masks of perfection that I often wear for the world. Thank You that You see my flaws, my hidden insecurities, and my deepest struggles, yet You love me with an everlasting, unchanging affection. I pray for the grace to walk in radical honesty and humility before You and others.
Father, protect me from the trap of pride and the illusion of self-sufficiency. Keep my heart soft and teachable. When I make mistakes, give me the humility to admit them and apologize. When others succeed, give me a generous spirit to celebrate them without envy. Let my life be anchored not in the shallow praise of people, but in the deep, unshakeable identity of being Your beloved child.
“He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?” — Micah 6:8 (ESV)
Today, God is calling us back to what truly matters. He doesn’t look at outward appearances or worldly titles; He looks at the heart. True greatness in His kingdom is found in walking humbly, loving deeply, and doing what is right.
May Your humility shine through my actions today. Use me to lift up the brokenhearted and to speak life into weary souls. I commit my character and my conduct into Your hands, praying that I may look a little more like You by the end of this day.
In Your sacred name, I pray.
Amen.
